Admin and Business Support
Annual Salary £18525 pro rata for 18 hours per week £8892 actual pay.
SUSO (Speaking Up Speaking Out) is a user-led organisation for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. We currently have a 2-year fixed term contract role with the opportunity for extension, for a self-motivated individual to join our friendly team as Business Support and help our long-term continuity and development.
The role covers a range of responsibilities – administration and finance, IT and communication, and will cover 18 hours a week across 4 days Monday-Thursday.
Working closely with the whole team, your responsibilities will include:
Daily financial transactions including subs, petty cash and banking
Invoicing and payments
Best value purchasing
Management of annual leave, beneficiary and volunteer records
Coordination of volunteer and staff expenses
Data and spreadsheet management
Managing the photo archive
Email management
Information updates including email, website and social media.
With excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will also be a positive, enthusiastic individual able to work as part of a team but also able to work on their own initiative, and will have excellent IT skills and a good understanding of social media, although some in house training will be provided.
